Help set the price. You bought into a good resort but how should you price your unit? We research the fair market value of your unit with similar units … such as same project, season, size, deeded, right-to-use, fixed, floating, bi-annual, quartershare or fractional, point systems, etc. You don’t want to under-price your unit but you don’t want to over-price it either. We help you to price it just right.
Market your unit. Do you know that if you purchased your timeshare at the resort, up to 60% of the retail price was to cover the developer’s marketing costs. Let us market it for you. Negotiate the offer. A buyer has to be sold on the benefits of buying your timeshare. A buyer needs to know how much fun he/she can have, how the exchange program works, what the maintenance fees are, if your points can be transferred and how much money he/she will be saving. Our team of professionals can do this for you.
Close the deal. We work with licensed, bonded and experienced escrow agents who specialize in timeshare closing procedures. A Hawaii attorney will prepare all necessary closing documents, including the Deed.
We do NOT charge a listing fee. We are paid only at the close of a successful escrow when you receive your net funds.
