The Cliffs Club is a seasonal floating use and floating unit resort. All intervals are annual use. Weeks 1 through 52 are all Red Time. The Cliffs Club is a deeded, fee simple property.
The spacious one-bedroom condos have two full baths with over 900 square feet of living area. The top floor condos utilize the high ceiling to give you an added loft which serves as the second bedroom with over 1,200 square feet. A select few have four bedrooms and four baths with over 1,800 square feet. All have a full kitchen and generous lanais.
